Founder | President with 16+ years in PR, Social Media & Digital Marketing
Alexia Snyder is a bilingual communications specialist, on-air radio host, content producer, and founder with a passion for storytelling rooted in a lifelong career in media. She began working in television at just 15 years old, appearing in Spanish-language talk shows, commercials, television series, and soap operas before releasing a Sony Music-produced pop single that charted on the Latin Billboard Pop Charts.
Today, Alexia is an on-air host for Magic 94.9 Tampa Bay with COX Media Group and has built a career spanning radio, television, public relations, digital media, and content production. She holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from Florida State University and has partnered with leading brands including Disney, BaubleBar on HSN, Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, and served as the Official Spokesperson for Savor St. Pete 2025. She is also the CEO of the Gala Group Agency a boutique PR agency working with brands such as Moxy St. Pete Hotel, Lost Coast Oyster Co., The Blu Halo and more!
As the founder of St. Pete Gals, the influencer marketing branch of The Gala Group, Alexia has created one of Tampa Bay's leading communities for female content creators and entrepreneurs. Through community-driven events and authentic influencer marketing, she connects brands with local creators to produce meaningful content, build lasting relationships, and showcase the best of the Tampa Bay lifestyle.

Account Manager | Graphic Design with 7+ years in PR, Social Media, & Design
Mary is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer who has been with The Gala Group Agency since 2023, where she supports public relations, events, media, and brand storytelling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mary grew up outside of Washington D.C., after graduation, she spent over seven years working in education and behavioral therapy, an experience that shaped her approach to communication, empathy, and creative collaboration. In 2022, Mary relocated from Virginia to St. Petersburg, Florida to focus on design and visual media, working within the Pinellas County Public School System and completed her graphic design certification, where she developed skills in digital design, branding, and web development.
She is now working in the public schools and immersing herself in the Tampa Bay community! Where she has met extraordinary woman who have inspired her to step out of her comfort zone, create, and live with passion!
