Alexia SynderFounder | President with 16+ years in PR, Social Media & Digital Marketing
Alexia Snyder is a seasoned bilingual communications specialist, on-air radio host, and content producer whose passion for storytelling is deeply rooted in her upbringing within the broadcast industry. Beginning in 2025, she joined COX Media Group as an on-air radio host for Tampa Bay’s Magic 94.9, further expanding her presence across the regional media landscape.
Alexia launched her career at just 15 years old, working in Spanish-language talk shows, commercials, television series, and soap operas. Her creative talents also led her into music, where she released a Sony Music–produced pop single that charted on the Latin Billboard Pop Charts. She later earned a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Florida State University, building on her early media experience with a successful career in international lifestyle public relations, crafting compelling narratives for global brands. She’s worked with major brands such as Disney and BaubleBar on HSN, Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, and was the Savor St. Pete 2025 Official Spokesperson — among many more!
Alexia leverages her diverse background as a freelance content producer and on-air host, representing major businesses, while collaborating with leading lifestyle and consumer brands across radio, television, digital, and social platforms.

Mary SmithAccount Manager | Graphic Design with 7+ years in PR, Social Media, & Design
Mary has been with The Gala Group Agency since 2025, where she continues to deepen her knowledge of public relations while gaining hands-on experience across events, media, and brand storytelling. A multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer, Mary brings a strong foundation in fine arts and a deep passion for creative expression to every project she touches.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her career path following graduation has been both dynamic and purpose-driven. Mary spent over seven years working in education with children with special needs, an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of communication, empathy, and the importance of meaningful human connection—values that continue to inform her creative work today.
In 2022, Mary relocated to Florida to fully immerse herself in design and visual media. She has worked within the Pinellas County Public School System and enrolled at St. Petersburg College, where she pursued a certification in graphic design and developed a broad skill set spanning digital design, branding, and web development. During this time, Mary created the first mock website for St. Pete Gals, a project that sparked a meaningful collaboration with Alexia and opened the door to an evolving creative partnership.
